WHO AM I:
I partner with organizations that are modernizing their technology and talent—designing learning, enablement, and change strategies that help teams adopt new tools faster and perform at their best.
In my present role I operate at a Director‑level as a Learning & Change Leader | 15+ years | 800–30,000+ users. My duties include:

WHO I WORK WITH:
I partner with leaders across mid‑size companies, global enterprises, and government agencies who are implementing new technology, modernizing their learning strategy, or navigating large‑scale change. I specialize in translating complex systems and change concepts into language and experiences non‑technical audiences can understand, engage with, and act on.
WHY AM I DIFFERENT:
Spanish is my first language, and my early experience teaching bilingual learners shaped how I design learning today: inclusive, practical, and engaging for people who may not feel immediately “at home” with the content or the language. I’m passionate about making challenging topics approachable and even fun, whether that’s mastering a second language or adopting a new digital platform. That same passion has helped me support departments in reducing deficiencies, improving customer satisfaction, and closing performance gaps. In my spare time, I enjoy graphic design and video editing, and I bring that creative edge into my work with students - mentoring the next generation of instructional designers to love both the craft and the impact of what they do.
